1. Return Window and Eligibility Our standard return policy allows 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the exact condition that you received it, and enclosed in its original packaging to ensure safe transit. We accept returns for any reason, including buyer's remorse or defective merchandise.
2. Return Shipping Costs and Fees Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not apply any restocking fees (0%) to authorized returns.
3. Return Process and Authorization To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at warmebroodjessales@gmail.com with your order number and request. Because our inventory is dispatched from multiple global logistics facilities, our support team will provide the specific return mailing address and authorization instructions upon receipt of your inquiry. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the original package without prior authorization from our team.
4. Refund Processing Upon receipt and inspection of your return at our designated logistics facility, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 20 business days.
